Ossacodes operates Doodle Defector. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the game.
Information used to run the game
Local pass-and-play games keep game preferences, trophy progress, and a locally generated player identifier on the device. These data help the game remember its state.
When you use an online room, the service processes the player names, avatars, room code, drawings, votes, and game state that players provide so the room can function across devices. Do not enter sensitive personal information in player names or drawings.
Purchases
When you open the Doodle+ paywall or make a purchase, RevenueCat processes an app user identifier and purchase-entitlement information to provide and restore subscription access. Apple or Google processes payment details; Doodle Defector does not receive full payment-card information.
Analytics and diagnostics
Doodle Defector uses Firebase Analytics to process limited usage events that help us understand how the game is used, such as selected game mode, player-count range, turn completion, round outcome, paywall actions, online-room operation results, share-sheet use, and subscription checkout and purchase outcomes. Purchase events can include the store product, plan, displayed price, and currency.
We do not send player names, secret words, room codes, drawings, vote targets, payment-card details, store transaction identifiers, or the contents of your messages as analytics events.
Sharing and tracking
Doodle Defector does not sell personal information or use analytics for advertising tracking or ad personalization. The app uses Firebase Firestore to operate online rooms, RevenueCat to manage subscription access, and Firebase Analytics for anonymous product measurement.
Retention and deletion
Local data can be removed by deleting the app. Online-room data is retained only as needed to run an active room and is subject to the room lifecycle configured by the service. Analytics data is retained according to the Firebase Analytics retention settings for the project.
